Heather Booth
Associate Broker
Widely recognized for exemplary, white glove service, Heather works as an associate broker in Georgia and South Carolina with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. For the past 20 years she's advised sellers & buyers within the single family, mixed use and multi-family arena across the Low Country. She's received accolades for her honest communication, ability to set realistic expectations and successful negotiation skills. Real Estate transactions require great skill and finesse in bringing together parties, especially when the principles have differing objectives, which she handles with ease as a trusted advisor. She's also worked closely with developers in representing both custom & spec homes; Eastern Wharf/ Upper East River being her most recent, successful endeavor.
Beginning her real estate career with Cora Bett Thomas Realty, a boutique firm located in Historic Savannah and Beaufort, Heather became managing broker & President. She oversaw all departments of the management team and more than 100 agents. She led top agents in business development & training until Berkshire Hathaway acquired the firm, when she returned to focusing solely on advising and serving her clients. Heather has achieved over $500 million in sales in her career, and received the 5 year legends award for being a "Chairman's Circle Diamond Recipient" since joining BHHS six years ago. This award is reserved for the top 1/2 of 1% of Berkshire Hathaway agents and brokers worldwide. She's also been awarded the Luxury Collection Specialist designation through the Berkshire Hathaway platform.
Originally from Michigan, Heather earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo and a master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University in Atlanta. She has extensive experience in family and community programming & supervision. Before joining Cora Bett Thomas Realty & Associates, she worked as an Administrator for Clinical Services for a residential treatment center.
Though Heather has an abundance of extended family in Michigan, her family of circumstance in Savannah has wrapped their arms around her. Over the years, she's been an active volunteer with local youth activities and served on the board of the Rape Crisis Center as President, a role she was uniquely qualified for after treating adolescent victims of trauma. In her free time, Heather enjoys activities such as boating, swimming and traveling. Most dear to Heather are her two children, Isabelle & Sydney. They're both genuine, caring adults pursuing bachelor degrees in business. She and the girls strive to take one international trip together a year, as they share a love for travel, with the goal of visiting each continent within the next 5 years.
